If this was common knowledge the conversation in this country would be totally different.

But when you start breaking it down, it's even more terrifying what is happening.

When they say 30 Million illegals, it has no basis in fact and to me is a sign they're eventually going to deport American citizens by the millions.

Most undocumented immigrants are not criminals, the mistake of messing up your paperwork, which millions have done, is not a crime, it's just something you have to get straightened out. Overstaying your visa is also not a crime, but you have to go through a process or you'll get deported.

Crossing the border in secret is a crime, those are the only people you can accurately say committed crimes coming here. And there's not tens of millions of those people, perhaps a few million.

When they talk about violent criminals, it's pure fantasy, the crime rate is low for undocumented immigrants, there is an exceedingly small number of violent criminals among them, I am fine with targeting them for deportation, but that's not what we're doing. For every violent criminal they find, they're deporting 50 just regular people who screwed up their paperwork, overstayed their visa, or are here legally seeking asylum.

There is simply no reason for ICE to have been increased in size so much, there are simply not that many criminal undocumented people here to pursue But you get the GOP and their bot armies just spitting out ridiculous numbers like 15 million came in under Biden and 30 million are here now, those are just made up numbers. Dems need to start getting the actual facts out there.
