"It's very sad because I feel like Queen grew up in America"
Queen guitarist Brian May doesnt see his legendary band playing any US shows in the near future, declaring that America is a dangerous place at the moment.
As it is, the iconic UK band, which has performed under the moniker Queen + Adam Lambert since 2011, hasnt played a show in nearly two years, with their most recent concert a February 2024 gig in Tokyo. The 78-year-old May hasnt ruled out further Queen concerts but insists, as of now, they wont be in the United States.
America is a dangerous place at the moment, so you have to take that into account, the guitarist told the Daily Mail. Its very sad because I feel like Queen grew up in America and we love it, but its not what it was.
Everyone is thinking twice about going there at the moment.

2028 Olympic Games in L.A.? You come at peril to your own safety...
Tourism in areas of the nation that are infected with MAGA and the raging fever dreams that entails? I won't go there and I am a WHITE US CITIZEN... anyone who is either NOT that or speaks with any detectable accent just might be assassinated and labelled as a "foreign agitator" or the old stand-by "terrorist".
Coming to America was once a comedy film. Now? Its and invitation to personal peril at worst and at best its supporting a dictatorship and contributing to the normalization of this shit show. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!
