Unfortunately my cynical self says those who are apolitical will continue to be so. Oblivious to what is happening or unwilling to do anything about it.
Hopefully enough of those who do vote will pull us out of this mess.

I hate how close it is every election. It shouldn't be that close, it should be 75% Dems or more IMO, in nearly every race from school boards to President.
Voters should then stay on their elected officials to make sure they are listening and stay on them if they are not.

We have the power to make this country better for everyone... minus those sociopaths in power (and even then, they will benefit).

How quaint.
Republicans have been working for total control of the government - all three branches - for over 60 years. They're not going to allow it to be taken from them, legally or illegally, especially via something as trivial as an "election."
We saw what they did in Georgia yesterday, and that's over something already in the history books. They intend to revise history to "prove" Trump won in 2020. What do you think they're capable of doing to maintain control in September?
