The damage was done back in March when you allowed a handful of Senators to vote for the CR which opened the door to pass the Big Ugly Death Bill. The Big Ugly Death Bill gave DHS/ICE billions of dollars. ICE won't be shut down on Feb 13th, the Coast Guard, FEMA will be shut down.

Did Schumer learn something from the Republicans? If the Dems have learned they should just keep demanding more as the Republicans give in each time, just like the Dems did with negotiating the ACA. Every concession to Republicans created ten more demands. That's how we ended up with the Heritage Foundations ACA.
