Joseph Duggar Arrested, Accused of Molesting 9-Year-Old Girl

After Josh Duggar was sentenced to 12 years in prison for child pornography in 2022, his younger brother Joseph Duggar has now been accused of sexually abusing a child.

Joseph, 31, was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor, according to multiple law enforcement departments.

The charge stemmed from a 2020 incident in which the 19 Kids and Counting alum allegedly molested a 9-year-old girl during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Fla., the Bay County Sheriff's Office of Florida said in a statement March 18.

The girl, now 14, came forward to police about "past sexual abuse" and "disclosed several incidents" allegedly involving the TLC star, according to the Sheriff's Office.

He apparently confessed to the girl's father, who then called the police. And this guy was supposed to be one of the "good, decent Duggars." I wouldn't let any of my kids around any Duggar male at this point.

Nature, nurture, in the case of a group of siblings that question is moot. They are all in the same bucket either way.

Allowing a child around a Duggar is negligence and endangerment.
