Meta fined $375 million for hiding its impact on children's mental health and childhood exploitation.

It sounds like a lot, but Zuckerberg could pay this with his personal money and not notice the difference.

The lawsuit concerned allegations that Meta covered up its platforms’ impact on children's mental health and its knowledge of child exploitation online.

Zuckerberg and his minions knew how damaging their product was long before the public had an idea it could be, years before, almost since its inception. They knew what they were doing and they hid it to make more money. Their justification will be that if they didn't do it, someone else would have done it.

These tech maniacs are running our lives and no one got a vote on it. It turns out they were all evil sociopaths.

What frustrates me is that so many organizations use facebook to the extent that its the only way you can join them. If you don't use Facebook you are SOL. I was on it for a while- now I am off and I'm not going back.
