In-laws. They're staunch republicans for many years. Voted for him the 1st term but didn't vote for him or harris last time. They're great people if we don't talk politics. FiL stopped supporting 45 during covid when dump said to shove a wand in your rear end... lol. So now he's to the point of saying tRump needs to be charged with war crimes.
I hope that's a sign of things to come.
Btw... mil has dementia. Very sad.
We have a no kings a 10 minute walk away Saturday.

(17,510 posts)It isnt a matter of winning or not winning like it was in 2020. The country needs truth and healing, and that has to start with people like your FIL being honest with themselves and others about what they see when they look at Trump and the GOP.
Does your FIL have any thoughts on the way the GOP politicians are still mostly in lockstep supporting him? And the corruption that is so obvious among them?
