Surely that can't be true. He can't be signaling someone that there's "good news coming in about an hour" and then making that good news happen right on time, right?
I mean, he can't directly trade on that. He'd have to take a big kickback from someone who scored bigly from his message, right? He wouldn't do that, I'm sure, right?
So, I guess not. Never mind...what a stupid idea, right?
