Is a reminder how much how our reticence of what we describe now in the light year speed of Trump’s deflections, gaslighting, blatant misleading (LIES) and all the other assaults on the tragic reality that’s being normalized is overwhelming us. Have you found yourself hesitating to express honestly with the perfect words like …,…,…,…, forget it, the algorithms and data mining our dissenting words are being monitored.
Holding back our very fervor in our scripted comments through euphemisms is not what we need right now. We need the words in any evolving language to keep their integrity and adjust toward clarity, specificity and directness to give credibility to that expression without fear of repraisal or offending institutions or memes into eventual silence.
The challenge against this insidious drip of platforming the correct words so the regime is placated is upon us. The refreshing words from our leaders/ heroes saying “That President did not trifle with truth”. No, they lied to your face with a smirk and smile, while their alleged US bombing assaults (slaughter) of school children in Iran and ICE protesters are under investigation.
Euphemisms can and will be the death of us. It’s the “fake news. It’s that-Reality is what we recognize shift, but your perspective is a lie-meme.
