I get the feeling that if Trump dies and Vance succeeds him

The war with Iran will quickly end since its not good for his oligarch friends in the long run. As long as Trump is president, nobody can successfully negotiate a peace agreement.

We saw it again today. Vance makes some semi reasonable statements aimed at reaching resolution, and hour later Trump undermines it with a deranged rant, threatening further bombing and the takeover of the strait.

Heck, even if Trump had send a skilled team of diplomats, the end result would be the same. Until he shuts up, nothing will work.

I am not sure why foreign countries even bother attempting to negotiate anything with us ( not just the war but tariffs, economic treaties, etc..) since all of that can be invalidated by Trump the minute its inked and signed.

It’s just a guess on my part, but I’d bet whoever our next President is (and yes, it will be another man), most, if not all, of the crap trump initiated or fully implemented will be reversed. Or otherwise undone. Maybe via the new President’s executive order on his first day on the job.

Well, hey, let’s think positive at least some of the time! For all we know, thinking positive might just become contagious!

Makes you wonder if our billionaire oligarch overlords are up to something. You know these scumbags will do anything to keep their ill gotten power.
