Maybe this has been asked and settled already, but my husband just read the comments to an article about supposed vandals who have supposedly been arrested for cutting the paint?? in the reflecting pool. The comments asked , isn't there 24 hour cameras on the monuments and the reflecting pool?? hmmmmmmmmmmm and how the heck do you cut paint
