The White House is moving to install Trump-aligned appointees to a commission charged by Congress with reviewing Washington’s public art and national memorials, seeking members likely to clear the way for President Donald Trump’s controversial ballroom and other projects.

There have been no environmental studies and no geo studies.

Any architect worth their license wouldn’t touch this shit will a 10 foot pole.

Ground that was once marsh and located so close to major water ways, desperately needs a geo study. You are asking for lawsuits without one.

I’m not an architect but I have worked in the field for the past 28 years. I have learned a few things along the way.

I said it before and I will say it again, this pile of shit throne room will never get built
