1. Between my 45th and 50th b'days I developed sinus issues.

I now quote Felix every day. I find myself frequently making noises like he did to clear his sinuses. Lots of honking and buzzing sounds. Annoying as heck to anyone around me.

My wife recently got a neti pas. She says it clears the sinuses right out.

4. I have the Navage -- the electronic netti pot.

It'll clean you out, but doesn't help with sinusitis, which is inflammation of the sinus tissues.

For that, Afrin helps. If only Felix had Afrin.

I have had deep sinus stuff all my life. People always said just blow your k is but my mucus was further in than that. Exercise like bike riding has seems to help. Good luck with that
