Continuing the theme of citrusy gin cocktails: tonight, an Orange Blossom.

Gin, Cointreau, orange juice, and orange flower water. I don’t have orange flower water, so I substituted orange bitters. Yummy!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Just earned eight hours of continuing education credit. Time to relax.
