7. Mr. Rundgren is a talented artist and producer. I remember when the song was released. I still enjoy it.

Like 5 minutes from me, easy breezy parking, enamored of all the associates, smaller version of a popular grocery chain. Amazing, I get encouragement and uplifting every trip--associates, shoppers, people in parking lot.

A quite personable young fella, a cashier I was familiar with, was standing at the beginning of check out looking if anyone he could direct to his register. He saw me and I went down with my cart and started singing "Hello it's me". He smiled and I said it's a back in the day song and probly not familiar to him. He goes, "Oh, I do know that song!" He's most likely 1/3 my age. 😄

This song comes into my recollection, so with that, this cashier. Also a strong association with '72, the year of my marriage.

One of only 2 songs ever for us with no guitar.
We did it as a piano trio in cocktail jazz style.
Very pretty song with good chord changes.
