Male eastern black swallowtail (Papilio polyxenes). The flowers are the obedient plant (Physostegia virginiana), a native wildflower. Taken yesterday at Long's Park, Lancaster, PA.

Looks like you even caught a bee sharing the plant with the butterfly..very nice 😎

Similar looking, but unlike foxglove obedient plant is a native wildflower and not toxic to pets
