Now I'm excited

Got word Friday, The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts in Ybor City, Fl, has accepted all 5 of my entries for the upcoming "The Soldier's Lens" exhibition. The first here will be printed and framed, the others will be part of a Digital in-Gallery Presentation. They received 529 entries and will show as many as possible given space and time considerations. You have seen all these before, but these are the final cleaned up files. I can't wait!

I think I must be partial to black & white photos, but especially when the subject is somebody working. I really like that one.

Thank you for sharing. I was just headed out /in to this world (literally) when this was happening. Grew up watching M.A.S.H., had family members who were there and almost sent there, but this is an amazing glimpse at the true story. Surreal and almost haunting to see it now in this way, being older and more aware of the history than I was as a child. Much appreciation for the gift of seeing these images. Beautiful dog too.

I'm 76 and sometimes when looking at the photos I just can't believe all that happened to me. Even so, not as bad as Viet Nam
