Knaack (D), Crowe (?) move on in Menomonie mayor primary election

MENOMONIE (WQOW) - The two candidates to appear on the ballot in the race for Menomonie mayor are now set.

In the spring primary election Tuesday, Menomonie voters chose current mayor Randy Knaack and current city council member Matthew Crowe to move on to the general election.

Crowe received the most votes with 942, Knaack received 642, and UW-Stout administrator Grady Richartz received 345 votes and will not move on to the general election.
