1 qt water, 1 tbl ascorbic acid/vit c powder or 1c white vinegar.
depending on what you're cleaning-
1 tbl dawn, oliveoil or murphy's, or dishwasher soap, pref liquid.
dawn for grease, oil for wood, and dw for proteins like blood.
if you need bleach, you can sub for the acid, but it will eat the guts of most spray bottles,
for tile you can use more acid.
i put it in a spray bottle, spray down and let sit a bit, and then put plain water in the tank for a clean rinse.

spray tank in my Little Bissell. Do you think it will get out red wine & coffee stains?

get some vit c powder. for the grout on that counter i make a paste and let sit.
not sure about the wine, but should. what surface?
