It's a Samsung smart tv. We hit the wrong button and now, every change has the tv telling us

how to play forward, backward, that we raised or lowered the sound and on and on.

How do we get rid of it?

To eliminate instructions or voice narration when changing channels on a Samsung Smart TV,
turn off the Voice Guide feature. Access this by navigating to Settings > General/General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings and turning it off. Alternatively, hold down the volume button for a few seconds to open the Accessibility Shortcuts menu and toggle Voice Guide off
