Spaghetti snd meatballs. I make the latter with ricotta, basil, and parsley.

Haven't had this in ages; looking forward to it!

1. A boneless pork chop baking in applesauce, green beans and mashed sweet potato.

Lime fizzy water cuz I overdid the tea today.

4. chili and cornbread

vegetarian chili. everything from scratch tonight!

5. Farro Primavera

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, orange bell pepper, thinly sliced cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms and minced garlic. When done I added homemade marinara, cannellini beans, cooked farro wheat and fresh chopped basil and gave it a good stir. Vegan parm on top after plating. Cheers!🥂

8. A mishmash

Big ol’ BBQ chickwheat sandwich with air-fried tater tots… and hot cocoa for dessert because I’m a big wuss and am not handling the cold weather at all (low of 43 this morning in Sarasota—my Iowa roots have apparently deserted me!)
