No complaints. No vitamin deficiencies that show up in the annual blood testing.

that way I know I'm getting the full recommended dosage. I take A,B-complex C,D3, and a boatload of individual minerals. I'll be 77 the 29th and I'm the healthiest person I know, my age and younger. Of course, that's just me, you should ask your doctor. Best of health irisblue!

Which was disconcerting at first, he introduced himself as "Hello I'm Dave, nice to meet you Ms Isisblue." Still calls me Ms Iris. Smart smart smart maw/excellent bedside /chairside manner.

and I always try to get the younger drs, they're more open to a natural way of doing things and not so big on pushing prescriptions.
