Stoic Philosophy 6-25-2026

The discomfort you keep avoiding is the exact thing you need. The cold shower. The hard conversation. The workout when you don’t feel like it. The book that’s slightly above your level. The silence with no music filling it. Comfort is a drug this generation is overdosing on. Voluntarily choose hard things now, while they’re optional. Life is going to hand you involuntary ones eventually. And you want to be ready.
