Voter fraud is so rare that a person is more likely to get struck by lightning than to cast a fraudulent ballot.

So why does Trump keep bringing it up?

To use it as a pretext to sabotage the midterms.

Intimidate generally and move ICE around. Attack ballots by mail by propaganda and culling lists(provided by USPS itself?) and other post election attacks. Deny the results, slow or speed up the counts. Certification and simply not seating Reps. Extreme denial to tie things up in court. Media reporting neutrally on all these criminal games. Even if a landslide emerged, the volume controls of denial will only be set higher. No one committing crimes against democracy goes to jail. The slush fund could be seen as a reward for burglars "injured" while breaking into democracy.

Discussions why the Democratic party didn't do so well. As expected. As hoped. As necessary under these dire circumstances.
