Trump's Vindictive Prosecutions Are Ratcheting Up - Glenn Kirschner
Donald Trump's Department of Justice is ratcheting up the vindictive prosecutions of Trump's enemies. First, it was former FBI Director James Comey. Then it was New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Now, it's Trump's former National Security Advisor John Bolton. There is new reporting that, after federal prosecutors at the Maryland US Attorney's Office originally "pushed back against the Deputy Attorney General's Office who wanted Bolton to be charged", the prosecutors relented and are now working on a Bolton indictment. As CNN reported, "Federal prosecutors meeting this weekend to finalize potential Bolton indictment."
I sat down with my friend Asha Rangappa to discuss the all things vindictive prosecution. Asha is an attorney, former FBI Agent, and lecturer at Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. - Glenn Kirschner - 10/14/2025.
