He won't be re-elected because the PA voters (and I'm one of them) are completely disgusted with him. The Repukes don't want him either, they're just delighted how he's screwing the Democrats.
Gov. Shapiro has to be aware of all these problems, and I hope he has enough pull with Fetterman to sit him down and explain the situation. Resign this year and take a mental health break. You're only hurting the Party and you're hurting the Pennsylvania voters. If he doesn't step aside and let someone heal the damage he has done, then Fetterman will be primaried in '28 and he will lose.
It won't matter what Chump has promised him, Fetterman has to realize that Josh Shapiro is his only way out of this. Maybe former Governor Tom Wolf can talk to him? I don't know, but Fetterman was Lt. Governor under Tom Wolf for 4 years so maybe that's the answer.
The staff resignations are a real sign of serious problems. When this is all over, I believe we're going to learn that Chump is blackmailing Fetterman and secretly threatening to deport his wife and her family. It would be right up his alley to do such a thing.
